Packet Pickup

Early Packet Pickup - Friday, June 10
4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Fort Douglas Field
200 Fort Douglas Blvd
Salt Lake City, UT

There will be plenty of parking all around Fort Douglas Field for Friday packet pick-up.

Event Day Packet Pickup - Saturday, June 11
Event day packet pickup will begin at 5:30 am at the starting line located at Fort Douglas Field, University of Utah.

CYCLISTS STARTING IN SALEM: Cycling participants beginning in Salem are encouraged to pick up their packets on Friday at early packet pickup being held at the Fort Douglas Field at the University of Utah, but will be able to pick up their packets early Saturday morning beginning at 5:30 am if needed.

Pick up your event bib number, t-shirt, packet, and any fundraising incentives* either at the early packet pick up on Friday, June 10 at Fort Douglas Field or at both start lines on event day.

* If you earned a jersey for fundraising $500: We try our best to have a jersey at packet pick-up for everyone who earned it. Because we place our jersey order 9 weeks ahead of the event, this can be tricky. We are only able to guarantee jersey sizes for those who reached their minimum fundraising goal ($500) by March 14. Size exchanges may be limited due to low stock on hand. Individuals who earn their jersey after this date will receive it in the mail after the event.

We will once again be signing waivers electronically at packet pickup, unless someone is picking up your packet for you, then hard copies of the waivers can be turned in. ALL participants will still need to sign their own waivers.

Picking Up for Someone Else?
This year, you will need to have a photo of their drivers license, a note authorizing you to pick-up their packet and their signed printed waivers.

Cycling Waivers:
Huntsman SportsFest Waiver - ADULT
Huntsman SportsFest Waiver - MINOR
USA Cycling Waiver
UDOT Waiver

Run/Walk Waivers:
Huntsman SportsFest Waiver - ADULT
Huntsman SportsFest Waiver - MINOR

Parking & Shuttles

In order to arrive at Fort Douglas Field on time, we recommend participants choose from the following options for parking:

CYCLIST PARKING: With cyclists arriving early, there will be parking around the start/finish line, in student lots, and at the LDS Institute at the University of Utah. All campus lots are open on Saturday, but if vehicles are parked illegally (i.e. in red zones or in handicap spots without proper credentials) they will be ticketed.

RUNNER & WALKER PARKING: Parking is available at the LDS Institute at the University of Utah, with shuttle service directly to the start/finish line from 7:00 am - 11:30 am. Both parking in that specific lot and use of the shuttle are free, but vehicles will be ticketed if illegally parked in other locations.

UTA: The TRAX Red Line drops off at the Fort Douglas stop. Exit the train and cross Olympic Legacy Bridge to arrive at Fort Douglas Field.

Gear and Bike Valet

There will be a gear check vehicle at the Salem starting line. Pick-up will be at the Gear and Bike Valet tent at the Finish Line Festival.

Riders can check their bike and gear at the Bike Valet tent while they enjoy the Finish Line Festival after their ride.

Finish Line Festival

The Finish Line Festival is BACK for 2022! After you complete your event, join us for snacks, music, vendors, and kids activities, including face painters and bouncy houses! All Finish Line Festival activities are free. Cheer on others as they cross the finish line and spend time celebrating and remembering your "why".
