Thank you so much for visiting the Myriad Oncology team’s online fundraising page for patients of the Huntsman Cancer Institute.

We are honored to partner in raising money to help those struggling with the tremendous financial burden that follows a cancer diagnosis. In addition to treatment costs, many families travel hours or even days for their treatment at HCI. It is not uncommon for families to need support covering their basic needs. The Huntsman Patient Assistance Fund supports these families with gas cards, hotel rooms, meal vouchers and hygiene kits for family members who have unexpected overnight stays. To be more specific, we learned of a woman in November who was sleeping in her car, in a Walmart parking lot during her treatment days because she couldn’t afford a hotel.

We have all been touched by cancer, and we are making the commitment to demonstrate compassion for patients and their families undergoing treatment and financial hardship. Please consider helping us reach our goal by donating to this page – 100% of every donation is being used for patients. When deciding how much to give, consider the following:

• $15 = meal voucher
• $25 = a gas card
• $50 = hotel night
