Hi! As a senior at the University of Utah preparing to apply to medical school, I have worked at Huntsman Cancer Institute since 2022, as an EMT/MA in Bone Marrow Transplant Infusion. I am running the Salt Lake City Marathon again this year to raise money for Huntsman Cancer Foundation, with all dontations going towards research surrounding BMT and Myeloma. I've joined the Huntsman Heroes team for the 2025 Salt Lake City Marathon to raise money for cancer research at Huntsman Cancer Institute. This year, 1.9 million new cancer cases are expected to be diagnosed in the United States.
