I work in a research lab at Huntsman Cancer Institute that focuses on improving health outcomes and quality of life for adolescent and young adult cancer survivors. I'm fundraising for cancer research because I've seen firsthand how my fellow researchers meaningfully contribute to Huntsman's vision of eradicating cancer. I also believe recent cancer research funding cuts will be detrimental to the innovative and scientifically rigorous work we do at Huntsman every day.
