Last year, my dad was diagnosed with APL (an aggressive form of leukemia). It was brutal. Cancer is devastating, and nothing taught us this more clearly than watching him battle against it. Celebrating his remission has been the greatest miracle our family could ask for.

We each spent many days walking slowly around the quarantined cancer ward. This year, with stronger bodies and even stronger hearts, we've decided to walk again as a family against cancer. We'll be participating as a team in the Huntsman SportsFest; all proceeds will be donated to vital research in fighting this horrible disease.
