We are no strangers to cancer. It has been a serious battle in my family for many years and this last year was one of the hardest as my dad was diagnosed with leukemia. Watching him fight through that battle—and come out the other side—changed all of us. It made me realize how important support, hope, and determination are when facing something like cancer
That’s why I’m doing this walk—not just for my dad, but to help him in his goal of supporting others who are fighting this same disease. This cause hits close to home, and I’m grateful to anyone who joins me in this effort.
