Fundraising for cancer research is very important to me as I have seen first hand the toll that the disease takes on the person affected, and their loved ones. My uncle passed away not too long ago from cancer and the impact that it took on me as a kid was profound. Having to see what that terrible disease can do is horrifiying. Doing whatever I can to midigate the damage that it does helps me find peace of mind when I think of those affected. I strive to do my best to leave a lasting impact that will positively impact the affects of such a terrible disease.
