Thank you for visiting my fundraising page and taking the time to support a cause that means a lot to me.
Cancer is something that has affected almost everyone in one way or another. Whether it is a family member, friend, or someone close to us, most people know what it feels like to watch someone they care about fight through it. That is a big reason why I wanted to be involved in fundraising for Huntsman Cancer Institute.
As a new member of Sigma Chi at USC, I am proud to join thousands of members across North America in supporting “The Generation to End Cancer.” Huntsman Cancer Institute is doing incredible work in cancer research, treatment, and patient care, and every dollar raised helps support that mission.
The money raised goes directly toward cancer research, patient treatment, prevention efforts, and wellness programs for patients and their families. Huntsman Cancer Institute has been a leader in discovering inherited cancer genes and developing treatments that have improved countless lives.
I know there are a lot of causes people can support, so I truly appreciate anyone who takes the time to donate or even read this page. My goal is to do my small part to help bring more hope, better treatment options, and stronger outcomes for patients and their families.
Thank you again for your support. It means a lot to me.
Huntsman Cancer Institute (HCI) is a leader in the study of cancer genetics and its researchers have discovered more inherited cancer genes than any other cancer center in the world. Genes responsible for breast and ovarian cancer, colon cancer, head and neck cancer, and melanoma were identified here.
All cancer treatments used today began with research. Learn more about research taking place at HCI by visiting huntsmancancer.org.
