The Generation to End Cancer
The Generation to End Cancer
Thank you so much for visiting my fundraising page for the Huntsman Challenge! We are excited to join thousands of college students uniting to be The Generation to End Cancer™ by supporting the lifesaving work at Huntsman Cancer Institute
Sigma Chi Derby Days is a powerful opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the fight against cancer. Sigma Chi is proud to dedicate our efforts to supporting the Huntsman Cancer Center, known for its groundbreaking research, compassionate care, and neverending commitment to improving and saving lives.
This cause is deeply personal. A close friend of mine received treatment at Huntsman Cancer Center while battling cancer. During an incredibly difficult time, their team not only provided exceptional medical care, but also gave him something even more valuable, hope, comfort, and an improved quality of life. Their hard work allowed him to spend more meaningful time with loved ones and face his journey with dignity.
Huntsman Cancer Center continues to lead advancements in cancer research and treatment, bringing the world closer to better therapies and, eventually, cures. By supporting Derby Days, you are directly contributing to this life saving work.
We invite you to join us in making a difference. Together, through passion, generosity, and community, we can honor those impacted by cancer and support an organization that is truly changing lives.
Please consider helping me reach my goal by donating to this page—100% of every donation is being used to support the mission of Huntsman Cancer Institute. Because of you, others continue to have hope in their fight against cancer.
About Huntsman Cancer Institute
Huntsman Cancer Institute (HCI) is a leader in the study of cancer genetics and its researchers have discovered more inherited cancer genes than any other cancer center in the world. Genes responsible for breast and ovarian cancer, colon cancer, head and neck cancer, and melanoma were identified here.
All cancer treatments used today began with research. Learn more about research taking place at HCI by visiting huntsmancancer.org.
