Thank you for visiting my fundraising page to help me and my pledge class raise money for women’s cancer research, treatment, and wellness at the Huntsman Cancer Institute. I am honored to join thousands of Sigma Chis across North America, all uniting as “The Generation to End Cancer” by supporting the life-saving work of Huntsman researchers.
Cancer has touched my life personally. A few years ago, my best childhood friend was diagnosed with brain cancer. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever witnessed, but through strength, perseverance, and excellent treatment, he was fortunate enough to beat it. His fight—and his victory—showed me how critical cancer research and advanced treatment truly are. I want to make sure more families have the chance to celebrate stories like his.
That’s why I’m committed to fundraising and doing my part to bring hope to patients and families who are still in the middle of their battle.
